We offer several delivery standards provided US Postal Service.
All orders will be shipped next two business days after payment received.
You should also be aware that we can not guarantee delivery of your product. Once we pass the package off to any one of the shippers we use, it is their responsibility to provide delivery. We are not responsible for any failure the shipper incurs in the delivery of your package.

Does the USPS Provide Package Tracking?
The USPS does NOT currently offer on-line package tracking. We do provide you with a USPS Delivery or Signature Confirmation number which allows to determine if a package has been received. If you require on-going package tracking, you may elect to ship by UPS when checking out. If you select UPS, your shipping charges are calculated automatically and displayed prior to your final order confirmation. We CANNOT ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses via UPS.
Overnight and Second Day Shipping
Overnight and second day shipping is available via UPS (our preferred carrier) or FEDEX. On checking out, you will see a rate for UPS overnight or second day service. If you select overnight or second day shipping, your confirmation will display the average rate for that service. When we receive your order, we will calculate your actual rate based on weight, distance, and service type. The calculated rate may be higher or lower than the 'average rate'. If it is HIGHER, we will notify you of the rate by email and ask you to confirm acceptance of the rate. If the actual rate is LOWER than the 'average rate', we will adjust your shipping charge accordingly and process your order.
What Are Your Order Shipping Times?
We make every effect to insure that your products are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order. There are times, however, where product must be made to fulfill your order, or product is out-of-stock. We will ship as soon as product is available. If you require a product by a certain date, please let us know in the Comments portion of the checkout form, or call us to check availability.
Once your order has been shipped, we email you the tracking number so you may track it to its destination if desired.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within 14 days of delivery (the boxes should not be unpacked). Please, send us the copy of the receipt for your order. You will receive the refund within 3-4 business days after the return of the item.
To proceed with the return correctly, please, contact us via our contact information and explain the matters of your situation as well as to give us the tracking information on a returned package.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) and paypal payments. All credit card orders and e-checks are subject to final verification and approval.
Each order will be security checked, verified and confirmed before shipment. It may take 1-5 working days, depending on the payment type and data provided. All the items will be shipped after the verification and approval process is complete. All orders will be shipped after the funds are received from buyer's financial institution.

PREPAIMENT POLICY
All orders must be prepaid. There will be no surcharge for your credit card purchase. Please, be sure to provide all of your information correctly, otherwise, it could lead to a delay or a cancellation.
